| Description: | Limousine Dispatcher and Customer Service Representative in our busy, state of the art Call Center.

| Duties: | *Dispatching and scheduling limousine trips
*Taking reservations for travel
*Flight verification
*Confirmation of driver availability
*Receiving and placing telephone calls
*Collecting payment for limousine trips
*Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling reservations, questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
*Data entry and use of software programs
*Researching to troubleshoot customer problems *Communicating with drivers, office staff and customers verbally and in writing
*Complaint resolution |
| Qualifications: | Must be available for 3 week training on weekdays from 9-5
Willingness to work weekends and holidays is a must.
